He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Neal Locklear Strong. He is survived by: his wife Dana B. Strong; his children, Dano Brewer of Lumberton and Ashley Bullard (Cassandra) of Wakulla; his stepdaughter Lakisha Clark (Aaron) of Maxton; his father Talton Locklear of St. Pauls; his sisters, Jolean Chavis of St. Pauls, Cinderella Strong Seaberry of St. Pauls, Theresa Hunt of St. Pauls, Melba Locklear of St. Pauls and Carolyn Jones of Red Springs; and his half-sister Sheryl Bullard of Shannon. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and one great grandchild as well as a host of relatives and friends.
