She is survived by: her children, Rita Lisenby (Tim) of Pembroke, John J. Locklear (Melissa) of Pembroke and Harley Locklear of Pembroke; her stepchildren, Darlene Collins (Michael) of Pembroke and Victor Locklear (Cindy) of Maxton; her grandchildren, Travis Lisenby (Rachel), Timothy Lisenby Jr., Amber Lisenby and Jaeline Locklear; her great grandchildren, Serenity, Alyssa, Madyson and Amiyah; her siblings, Hilton Bullard (Linda) of Pembroke, Delton Bullard (Barbara) of Maxton, Jerry Bullard of Pembroke, Robert. and Ella Pierce (Howard) of Red Springs; her sister-in-law Olinda Bullard; and her close friends, Diane Bullard and John Britt. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
