He is survived by: his siblings, Rebecca L. Oxendine, Geraldine L. Woods and Laxston Locklear; his wife Katie Locklear; and his daughters, Deborah Locklear of Maxton, NC, Dr. Sandra Locklear (Christopher) of Maxton, NC, Shirlene Locklear Deese (Michael) of Lumberton, NC, Doris L. Chavis (Kent) of Maxton, NC and Cindy K. Locklear (Victor) of Maxton, NC. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
