She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Clementine, D. L. Locklear and Larry Brayboy; her great-grandparents, Troy and Virginia Mae Hunt; and her uncle Prentice Locklear.
She is survived by: her parents, Lisa Locklear and Charles Locklear; her sisters, India Locklear (Phillip) of Rowland, Olivia Locklear and Hope Locklear; her grandparents, Mildred and Randy McGirt of Maxton; her aunts and uncles, Dennis Brayboy (Erica) of Maxton, Brenda Locklear of Lumberton, Joyce Nowland (Reggie) of Maxton, Stevie Locklear (Cattie Jean) of Maxton, James Locklear (Jean) of Maxton, Timmy Locklear (Rafaela) of Cowpens, SC and Theresa Steel (Jim) of Concord; her pets, Mannie, Starry, Seavy Locklear and Johnny Emanuel; and her close friend Amber Butler. She is also survived by friends, cousins.
