She was predeceased by : her parents, John Willie Bullard and Harriet Locklear Bullard; her son Craig Bullard; and her siblings, Claretta Chavis, Unealear Rogers, Joseph Locklear, Jacob Locklear, John Willie Bullard Jr., Virginia Lowery, Kathleen Clark and Ricky Bullard.

She is survived by : her children, Kelvin Bullard and Claudette Bullard of Maxton; her siblings, Daphia Chavis of Maxton, Helen Jacobs of Maxton and Rocky Locklear (Janice) of Maxton; her grandchildren, Jamil Chavis, Chanda Williams (O'Bryant), Byron Locklear, Kelsey Bullard, Savannah Brooks and Gabriel Smith; her great grandchildren, Lakota, Lakaidon and Byron Jr.; and her sisters, Sherlene Locklear and Brenda Lowery. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (812 S Main St, Red Springs, NC 28377). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
