It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnnie Lee Oxendine of Maxton, North Carolina, who passed away on February 6, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Monroe Oxendine; and his brother Jeffrey Oxendine. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Locklear Oxendine of Maxton; his daughters, Laura Lee Thompson (William) of Maxton and Amanda Oxendine Williams of Raeford; his siblings, Randy Oxendine (Jackie) of Wilmington, Danny Oxendine (Amanda) of Little Rock, SC, Annie "Pearl" Norton (Ben) of Maxton, Lisa Hunt (Greg) of Pembroke and Virginia Renfro of Maxton; and his grandchildren, Donovan Thompson, Keagan Williams, Danika Thompson, Evelyn Grace Williams and Jonathan Williams. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Due to the current COVID-19 status, facial masks with social distancing are required for all services.
