She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Maynor and Maggie Troublefield; her husband Odell "Sam" Locklear; her sons, Scottie Odell Locklear and Derwin D. Locklear; her siblings, Alen Locklear and Judy Ann Locklear; and her great grandchild Kenneth Charles Scribner.
She is survived by: her children, Elvis Ray Locklear (Michelle), Dell Ray Locklear, Tony Noreiga and Jill Locklear (Chad); her sister Carrie Mae Lammonds (William); her grandchildren, Octavia, DeAngelo, Daija, Emily, Cheyenne, Stephen, Corey, Lathen, Isabella, Sam, Alex and Paul; and her great grandchild Jayden. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
