He is survived by: his children, Ander, Helen Locklear of Maxton, NC, Gail Oxendine (Larry) of Rowland, NC, Carol Sue Hammonds (Mary Lois Locklear) and Annette Locklear (Melissa Bullard) of Shannon, NC; his sisters-in-law, Karby Lane Locklear of Rowland, NC and Annie Lois Oxendine of Maxton, NC; and his niece Elizabeth Ann Locklear. He is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
