He is survived by: his mother Shirley Jacobs of Red Springs; his sons, Jesse Fulmer Jr. and Lonnie Fulmer; his girlfriend Lakata Hunt Fulmer; his daughters, Jasmine Fulmer and Jozlynn Fulmer; his stepdaughter Kiera Rutherford of Lumberton; his stepmother Carol Fulmer of Hamlet; and his siblings, Bobby Ray Fulmer of Lumberton, Joshua Fulmer of St. Pauls, Cheyenna Fulmer of Red Springs and Joy Emanuel (Lorenzo) of Shannon. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
