He is survived by: his children, Brandon Oxendine (Britney), Little Jeff McMillian (Benita), Althea McMillian (Donald) and Sharina McMillian (Hilda); and his siblings, Ben Stanford McMillian (Tammy) and Glenda McMillian (Randy) of Red Springs. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
