She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Bullard; her son Gene Bullard, Jr.; her mother Maggie Hatcher; and her siblings, Clara Hatcher and Tommy Hatcher.
She is survived by: her daughter Sabrina Scott (Hubert Jr.) of Lumberton, NC; her brothers, Clyde Hatcher of Rowland, NC, Lynn Earl Chavis of Georgia and James Franklyn Clark of Maxton, NC; her grandchildren, Brian Scott of Lumberton, NC, Jessica Bullard (Greg) of Lumberton, Victoria Willenburg (John) of Maxton and Gina Lynn Bullard of Laurinburg; and her great grandchildren, Daylon, Shania, Nakoma, Wyatt, Ethan, Justin, Jalisia, Bryson and Jayden. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; along with a host of family and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Prospect Community Church (3929 Missouri Rd, Maxton, NC 28364). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
