He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lambert; his son William J. Lambert of Baltimore, MD.; and his stepchildren, Alisa Fine of Baltimore, MD., Phillip McDowell of Baltimore, MD. and Jacquie Hull of Baltimore, MD.. He is also survived by three grandchildren as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
