He is survived by: his children, Charnell Beverly, Crystal Beverly and Alrecchio Williams; and his siblings, Mack Douglas Jr., Jerry Douglas, Michael Douglas, Foster Douglas, Jerome Douglas, Kim Douglas, Ruth Douglas, Sarah Douglas RedFern and Santria Douglas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
