He is survived by: his mother Sannie Collins; his wife Carol Collins; his children, Christian Collins and Cierra Nichole Blackhorse (Rylan) of Maxton; his brother Dr. Paul Collins (Penny) of Maxton; his granddaughter Atalie Reese Blackhorse; and his nephews, Zachary Collins, Noah Collins and Adam Collins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
