He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch Jacobs and Martha Bryant Jacobs; his siblings, Thomas Jacobs, Enoch Jacobs Jr., Sam Jacobs, Jerry Jacobs, Liza Chavis and Bessie Collins; and his grandson Shaylan Quinn Lowery.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Lowery; his son Ricky Lowery (Stephanie) of Maxton; his siblings, Reverend Luke Jacobs (Jackie) of Maxton, Willie Jacobs (Michelle) of Pembroke and Bernice Bullard of Lumberton; and his grandchildren, Brad Lowery of Maxton, June Leach of Raeford and Isaiah Locklear of Charlotte. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
