He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Jones and Doshie Lee Jones; and his siblings, Priscilla Jones, Frances Baxley Jones and Harvey "Little Daddy" Hunt.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Faye Hunt Jones; his daughter Tina Faye Hunt of Orrum; his siblings, Shirleen Jones, Gracie Maynor of Pembroke, Kathy Jones of Fayetteville, Gladys Oxendine of Pembroke and Herman "Man" Hunt of Pembroke; and his granddaughters, Lexus Shyann Jacobs of Pembroke and Brittney Nicole Jacobs of Pembroke. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Holiness Church. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
