She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Locklear and Flora Locklear; her husband Monroe Oxendine; her sons, Jeffery Oxendine and Johnnie Lee Oxendine; her daughter-in-law Mary Oxendine; and her siblings, Clarence Locklear, Beck Locklear, Lacey Locklear, Mary Oxendine, Hazel Jones, Annie Jane Hammonds and Etta Mae Lowery.
She is survived by: her children, Annie "Pearl" Oxendine Norton (Ben) of Maxton, Randy Oxendine (Jacqueline) of Wilmington and Danny Oxendine (Amanda); her daughter-in-law Beverly Oxendine; her grandchildren, Michael Oxendine, Kevin Oxendine, Brian Norton, Laura Lee Thompson, Amanda O. Williams, Karen Deal, Jessica Oxendine, Tristan Oxendine, Zachary Oxendine and Mason Oxendine; and her friend Jenny Renfro. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; along with her many nieces, nephews.
