With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina, who passed away on October 8, 2023 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeanette Jacobs Bell and Virginia. She is survived by: her close friend Irvin Anderson; and her children, Charles Locklear of Maxton, Christopher Locklear of Maxton and Melissa Thompson of Maxton. She is also survived by six grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
