He was predeceased by: his parents, Darius Ruel and Julia Jaques Ruel. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cheskus Ruel; his children, Douglas Ruel (Jennifer) and Lori Baiardi (Jim); his sisters, Doris Charest and Gail Snow; his sister-in-law Geraldine Sanjone; and his grandchildren, Cameron, Brenden Baiardi and Hudson Ruel.
