He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Fred and Dora B. Locklear. He is survived by: his children, Dora Lynn Locklear of Maxton, NC., Linda Nicole Oxendine of Maxton, NC, Bobbie Jean Demery (James) of Pembroke, NC and Stanley Davis Jr. (Natasha) of Rowland, NC.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild as well as a host of relatives and friends.
