It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colton Dakota Bledsole of Maxton, North Carolina, born in Laurinburg, North Carolina, who passed away on October 9, 2023, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father David L. Bledsole; and his grandparents, Bobby and Linda Cummings. He is survived by: his mother Megan Locklear; his siblings, Makera Bledsole, Nora Scott of Shannon and Jody Oxendine of Shannon; his grandparents, Nora, Wilbert Leviner, Mack and Penny Locklear of Maxton; and his friend Jocelyn Jacobs. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
