It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clyde Locklear Jr. of Maxton, North Carolina, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Locklear and Lucille Jacobs Locklear; and his wife Bonnie Lou Woods Locklear. He is survived by: his sons, Eugene Locklear (Iomi) of Pembroke, NC, Brian Locklear (China) of Maxton, NC, Bruce Vail Locklear of California, Patrick Locklear (Beverly) of Pembroke, NC and Chad Locklear; and his siblings, Jeff Locklear of Rowland, Ronald Locklear (Brenda) of Maxton, Jerry Locklear (Ella) of Maxton, Kenneth Locklear (Vanessa) of Maxton, Theresa Locklear of Maxton and Cynthia Jones (Jerry) of Florence, SC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews he loved.
