She is survived by: her mother Mary Lois Locklear Lowery; her significant other James Kenneth Blevins; her children, Kendrick "Bubba" Blevins of Maxton, Brittany Locklear (Nathaniel) of Maxton and Deanna Oxendine (Douglas) of Pembroke; her siblings, Dexter Lowery, Marshall Lowery, Jr. (Frances) and Linda Smiling (Marshall); and her grandchildren, Natille, Nahaiden, Dawson, Derrick and Desiree. She is also survived by loving extended family and friends.
