He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dial; his children, Brad Dial (Ashley) of Laurinburg, Ricky Collins (Kay) of Maxton, Mark Collins (Tammy) of Maxton, Greg Collins (Elizabeth) of Princeton and Tonya Lowery (Brian) of Red Springs; his siblings, Mike McNeill (Kathy) of Red Springs, Nelson McNeill (Rita) of Red Springs, Anthony Dial (Frances) of Baltimore, Carolyn Locklear (Larry) of Red Springs, Jacqueline Sanderson of Red Springs, Marie Lowery (Tony) of Raeford and Melody Locklear of Raeford; his grandchildren, Marcus Dial, Tamarah Lowery, Lauren Dial, Kirstie Dial, Brad Elliott Jr., Rikayla Collins, Brianna Locklear, Maya Collins of Kyler Collins, J. J, Oxendine and Johnan Leigh Oxendine; and his great grandchild Kailan Locklear.
