It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Delano Sheppard of Maxton, North Carolina, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Joseph Sheppard, Jr. and Nora Elizabeth Norton Sheppard. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Williams Sheppard; his daughters, Ursula Faith Sheppard of Laurinburg and Farrah Sheppard Foshay (Brian) of Laurinburg; his grandchildren, Justin Ray, Laney Ray and Addison Foshay; his brother Richard Sheppard (Sarah) of Maxton; his sisters-in-law, Eddie Pate, Almenia Stevens (Larry) and Ava Williams; and his children, Tabitha Shepard Stevens, Jeremi Stubbs and Olivia Dobson Locklear. He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, along with his Bluegrass family and many friends.
