He was predeceased by: his father Ardell Bullard; his son Lynn Ardell Bullard; and his brothers, Calvin Ray Bullard and Lynn Earl Bullard. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Lynn Bullard, Joshua Cardell Bullard, Brandon Lee Bullard, Paul Cameron Hatcher McCall and Melissa Bullard; his siblings, Dale Pulley (Daniel), Frances D. Smith (Timmy), Norvell Bullard of Maxton, Harold Ray Bullard (Faye) of Maxton, Gerald Bullard (Madlene) of Maxton and Leon Bullard of Rowland; and his close friend Keisha Scott. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; one great grandchild.
