She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Dewey Lamb, Sr. and Blanche McInnis Lamb; her husband Harold Elwood "Woody" Faulk, Sr.; her grandson Chadwyn Hunter Jacobs; and her siblings, Earnest Dewey Lamb, Jr. and Patricia "Patty" L. Stubbs.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Elwood Faulk, Jr. of Gibson and Ann Marie Faulk Jacobs (Jerry Jacobs) of Laurinburg; her sister Kathy Lamb of Laurinburg; her sister-in-law Connie Lamb of Laurinburg; her grandchildren, Jonathan Drake Jacobs, Elliana Marie Jacobs, Jarred Raylon Jacobs, Jeremy Mitchell Jacobs, Krystal Gray Faulk and Harleigh Elizabeth Faulk; and her great grandchildren, Aedyn Mitchell-Wayne Jacobs, Jaxson Sawyer Bray, Hunter Hayze Jacobs, Jarred Raylon Jacobs, Jr., Colby Wayne Jacobs, Sadie Gracelyn Faulk and Alexis Gracie Coats. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
