She is survived by: her children, Dr. Jeff Collins (Sybil) of Pembroke, NC, Craig Collins of Lumberton, NC, Vonessa Collins Pittman of Garner, NC and James Eric Collins (Sherry) of Pembroke, NC; and her siblings, Warnell Jacobs, Jr. (Mable) of Lumber Bridge, NC, Willie Jacobs (Pandora) of Red Springs, NC and Frances Locklear of Red Springs, NC. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
