She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Clark (Chris), Patrice Jacobs, Audie R. Jacobs of Maxton and Aubrey Jacobs of Maxton; her grandchildren, Alisha Wright (Brandon), Patience S. Locklear (Ethan), Pattie A. Jacobs, Adrian Jacobs, Audie R. Jacobs Jr. and Shanda C. Jacobs; her great grandchildren, Trinity Wright, Brannigan Wright, Eternity Wright, Serenity Wright, Bryson Locklear, Brylon Locklear, Nadah Locklear, Donavan Strickland, Kinzleigh Wyland and Sophia Jacobs; and her brothers, Horace Chavis (Linda) of Maxton, NC, Harold Chavis (Valerie) of Maxton, NC and Sonier Chavis of Maxton, NC. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
