He was predeceased by: his brothers, Rayburn Oakley and Arthur Oakley. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Favors Oakley; his sister Connie Oakley Reischman (Martin); his nieces and nephews, Chris Reischman (Emily), Nick Reischman (Gina), Sarah Frye, Heather Mae Oakley, Jason Oakley, Amanda Jones, Melissa Cothron (Terry) and Rebecca Simmons (Wayne); his sisters, Linda Pemerton and Carolyn Oakley; and also Willard. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
