She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Grimes and Lucy Jane Kennedy Grimes; her husband Fermer Lee "Gid" Allen; and her daughter Patricia Allen Cash. She is survived by: her son Randy Allen (Janice) of Snow Hill; her grandchildren, David Pollock (Charissa) of Goldsboro, Trey Cash (Abbey) of Snow Hill and Brandon Allen of Snow Hill; her stepgrandchildren, Anthony Bryant (Megan) of Greenville and Ashley Campbell (Nic) of Holly Ridge; and her niece Jane Mercer of Kinston. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
