He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward and Virginia Anita Baker (Tilley). He is survived by: his wife Judith Anne Baker; his daughter Teri Leigh Bagwell (Clark); his grandsons, Clark William and Parker Joseph Bagwell; his siblings, Nancy Melson, Ruth Hurley (Will) and Edward Baker; and his grandchildren, Josh, Austin Coffman, Joe, Katie Conlon, Caneel and Rex Conlon.
