He is survived by: his friend Devoted Man of God; his wife Mildred Wells Snuggs; his son William Thomas Snuggs, Jr.; his brother Leon Snuggs; his daughter Teresa Snuggs Johnson; his daughter-in-law Laura Snuggs Tyler; and his grandchildren, Kyle Johnson, Michael Tyler and Sam Tyler. He is also survived by Husband, Father, Grandfather.
