He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, English and William Hooper Sr.; his brothers, Johnny Hooper of Phoenix, AZ and Arthur Hooper; and his sons, Allen James Hooper, Glenn Francis Hooper and Duane Patrick Hooper. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
