It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Kenneth Hamrick (Matthews, North Carolina), who passed away on November 23, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Frank and Ethel Harris Hamrick; his siblings, Clark, Beauford Hamrick, Lillian Summer and Mary Frances Potter; and his granddaughter Kimberly Small.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Melton Hamrick; his daughters, Kathy Frederick (Don) and Sandra Moss (Curtis); his grandchildren, Wayne, Jr., Kenny, Michael Small, Joshua Moss (Monica) and Jennifer Haas (Josh); his great grandchildren, Marshall Small, Felix Shrader, Raiden Palmer, Layla Haas, Ashton Addison and Hudson Moss; and his sisters, Yvonne Amos and Diane Baucom.
