He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Collins and Eunice Collins; his wife Barbara T. Collins; and his siblings, Lee, Ethel and Frances.
He is survived by: his sister Shirley Gregory; and his children, Jeffrey Collins (Rebecca), Rosalyn Long (Jessie, Jr.), Karen Bailey (Ronald) and Michael Collins (Shelley). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and many other extended family and friends.
