He was predeceased by: his parents, Pleasant May Plyler Sr. and Corinne Funderburk Plyler; his wife Rebecca Plyler; his son Michael Plyler; and his brothers, Fred, Bill, Bruce and Sam.
He is survived by: his brother Farm; his children, Gregory Plyler and Morgan (Jeff Rockett); his grandchildren, Kylie and Kennedy; his child Meredith (Phillip Hladun); his grandchildren, Bryce, Brooks and Cameron (Brook Plyler); his great grandchildren, Brayden and Peyton; his grandson Carson (Taylor Plyler); his great grandchild Briggs; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Helms, Smith Wilson, Mack Pigg, Nancy Helms and Cheryl Pressley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
