He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice and Clifford; his brother Jim; and his niece Becky Mudd (Andy). He is survived by: his wife Sherry (Shepherd); his children, Maury Hollingsworth and Wini Williams (Roy Munao); his grandchildren, Olivia, Katie Williams, Cole and Alexa Hollingsworth; his nephews, Cliff and Brian Hollingsworth (Sue); his great-niece Sarah Hollingsworth; and his sister-in-law Sally Gayle Revere.
