He was predeceased by: his former wife Ellie Jeanette Braswell; his parents, Lela and Lee Braswell; and his sister Evelyn Moss. He is survived by: his wife Willie Braswell; his sons, Tommy Braswell (Crystal) of Monroe, NC and Michael Braswell (Amy) of Albemarle, NC; his grandchildren, Palmer, John, Faith, Makayla, Trenton, Chloe, Nicole, Natalya and Jaylen; his stepsons, Mickey Howard (Rita) and Roger Howard (Shannon); and his siblings, Elgie Braswell (late Arlene) of Wichita, KS, Jack Braswell (late Bessie) of Indian Trail, NC and Louise Grindstaff (Joe) of Mint Hill, NC. He is also survived by six step grandchildren and 14 step great-grandchildren.
