He is survived by: his wife Mary McKelvey; his children, Christy (John Kamstra) and Michael (Caroline); his grandson Samuel; his great grandchildren, Nathan, Andrew, Phillip, Catherine, Peter and John; and his siblings, Sheila Sweet (David), Donald Owens (Sandi) and Robert Owens (Terri).
