With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sue Wilkerson Aycock of Matthews, North Carolina, born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on April 14, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal Eugene "Buster" Wilkerson and Lucille Akers Wilkerson; and her husband Dr. Charles Brantley Aycock, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Charles Brantley Aycock III and Dr. J. David Aycock; and her daughter-in-law Courtnay Aycock.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Humane Society of Charlotte, 1348 Parker Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 - but memorials to the charity of your choice are also welcome.
