He was predeceased by: his parents, Jalain Worley and Clifton Worley; and his brother Mark Worley. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa (Trevor Yascavage); his grandchildren, Damion, Mila and Holland Yascavage; his brother Todd; his sister-in-law Brenda Worley; his nephews, Jesse Worley and Chris Newell; his niece Jessica Worley; and his stepson Carl (Shannon).
