He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenick Giunta and Antonina Giunta; his brother Angelo (Theresa); and his niece Annette. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Carol (Jeff Ward), Susan Emery (Dave), Annie Moran (Bob) and Lorraine Coram (Brad); his grandchildren, Allie (David Jonas), Lauren, Kate, Michael and Tom; and his great grandchild Maeve. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society are appreciated.
