He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Moss and Josephine Gould Moss; his siblings, Brantley, Harvey, Ronald Moss, Betty Jo Moore and Jane Rosenberg; and his son James Glen Moss.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his children, Neil Moss Jr. (Cindy) of Indian Trail, NC, Diane Campbell (Brian) of Rock Hill, SC and Penny Dabestani of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; his grandchildren, Sabrina, Amber, Robby Moss, Taylor Campbell, Bobby, Easton and Parissa Dabestani; his great grandchildren, Jacob and Olivia Campbell; and his sister-in-law Kathy Yarbrough. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
