He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Duckworth and Lorine Ledford Duckworth; and his brother Gregory Thomas Duckworth. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Duckworth; his sons, Bryan Duckworth, Joseph Duckworth and Patrick Duckworth; his stepdaughters, Amber O'Neal (Jason) and Emily Linker (Jesse); his grandson Hunter Mcswain; and his siblings, Sandra Dale, Kay Bell (Butch) and Paul Ray Duckworth (Catherine). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Eastwood Forest Baptist Church (112 Aurora Blvd, Matthews, NC 28105). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
