He was predeceased by: his parents, George R Deakin and Sara Deakin (Wallace) of Thomasville, NC; his sister Carol Deakin; his wife Jackie of Matthews, NC; his brother Alan Michael Deakin of Matthews, NC; his grandson Brandon Busse; his sister Camille Wilkerson of Kernersville, NC.; and also Camille Awalt (Kevin) of Simpsonville, SC.
He is survived by: his former wife Jacqueline C Arellano.
