He is survived by: his friend Richard; his sister Kris Sparks of New London, NC; his nephew Dale Belk (Courtney); his aunt Beverly Butler (John); and his cousins, Gail, Van Ray Lawing (Pam), Robin Garrett (Dane), Gina, Lisa and Jan. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
