He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Cooley Holt; his children, Judy Holt Alcala, Karen Beth Holt and Jack Edward Holt (Mickey); his grandchildren, Allison Riley (Bo Riley) of Charlotte, Matthew Alcala of Asheville, Cassie Holt of Raleigh and Josh Holt; his great grandchildren, Ella Grace, Hannah and Caleb Riley; and his nephew David Wayne Minton (Ralph Edward Holt, Jr.) of Naples.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Alzheimer's Association in Ralph's memory.
