It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Polly Lingle Plyler Bass (Matthews, North Carolina), born in Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on July 13, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lingle Plyler and Edna Rogers Plyler; her son David Lee Bass; and her grandson David Clay Bass. She is survived by: her children, Charles Danny Bass (Elaine), Deborah Hahn (David) and Darlene Burrows (Reverend Roger Burrows). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to Eastwood Forest Baptist Church.
