She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph P. Hiott and Octavia Kinsey Hiott; her husband Claude; her son Claude Thomas Oxley, Jr.; and her siblings, Cornelia Kelly, Alice Knight, Albert Hiott, Louise O'Quinn, Grace Tangemann, Ethel Sparkman, Harvey Hiott and Ted Hiott.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Sharp (John); and her granddaughter Emily Grace Matthews (Aaron).
